Subscription Terms

 

You will receive an email and group post alert providing print options and add-ons by the 15th of each month (April 15 for June’s pack). The email will have direct links to skip that month or to purchase add-ons, The add-ons are billed separately giving you the freedom to pick and choose. 

 

Coupons included in your monthly pack will be emailed on the first of each month. Coupons are only valid during the month of the subscription.

 

How to skip months:

You will need to submit your request to skip a month or purchase add-ons by the 22nd of each month. Requests to skip or add products after the 22nd of each month will not be honored. 

 

EXAMPLE:

 

I received an email with a coupon on May 1st. My coupon expires on the last day of the month.

 

I skipped June’s pack, I will not recieve a coupon on June 1st.

 

I resumed my subscription for July, I received my coupon July 1st and it expires on the last day of the month.

Subscriptions will automatically resume the following month unless you ask to pause or cancel indefinitely.

 

EXAMPLE: 

 

First pack mails by May 1st, email with a coupon for the month of May goes out May 1st as well.  

 

I  received the email for June’s prints on April 15th but I don’t like them so I opt to skip June and will not be charged. 

 

I received an email May 15th  for July‘s prints and I love them. I want that month plus a matching ID tag. I reply to the email confirming my print option.

You may place additional notes/requests, please keep in mind these may result additional charges which will be requested by an invoice sent to your email associated with your order.
