What is the turnaround time on my order?
Ready to ship/premade/retail orders ship within 7 business days, which excludes weekends and holidays. This is subject to change depending on demand.
Custom preorders ship within 16-18 business days of placing an order, excluding holidays. Most MTO custom items are shipped within 7-10 business days. This is subject to change depending on demand.
I received an email asking for a review, I haven’t gotten my order yet. Did you mail it?
Reviews for orders are automatically sent by a system setting, regardless of the order has been mailed or not. You can view your order page to see if tracking has been added or check your email. If tracking hasn’t been added, please review our TOS for turnaround times.
I got a tracking number but my package hasn’t moved, can you give me an update?
S&B batch prints labels. It will take a few days for us to pack everything and mail the item. This process is usually about 5 business days. If your order hasn’t moved within 2 weeks of receiving a tracking number, please review our TOS for step by step instructions and more information.
Do you make pet clothes?
We do not make pet clothing at this time. The makers of S&B promote fabric and digital art companies, we may occasionally have personal makes for our furbabies which will be shared on social media.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship outside the US at this time.
Can you make a harness?
Absolutely! We do not provide harnesses as ready to ship items but we do make them as a custom request! Fill out a Custom Gear Request form to get started!
